This episode, Andrew will be joined by special guest Gary Stern. Gary Stern was called to the bar in 1987 and has practiced exclusively in the area of family law ever since. Gary’s practice focuses on all areas of family law including a focus on marriage contracts and the impact they may have in separation and divorce proceedings. Mr. Stern is a member of the Toronto, York and Durham Collaborative Association. He is also a Dispute Resolutions Officer in Durham Court. Gary is joining Andrew this week to discuss the various ways that marriage contracts play a role in separation and divorce proceedings. Specifically, they will be discussing common ways marriage contracts can be overturned, what you should do if you are now separating and want to enforce a marriage contract and the common ways they play a role in separation and divorce proceedings.
