Lucy D’Ercole joined Feldstein Family Law Group P.C. as a summer student in 2017 and returned as an articling student in 2018, during which she gained valuable experience in all areas of family law. Following her call to the Ontario Bar in 2019, Lucy was welcomed back to the firm as an associate lawyer.

Lucy obtained her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Windsor. Prior to law school, Lucy graduated cum laude from York University with an Honours Specialization in Sociology.

Lucy’s keen interest in family law developed during her time at law school, where she completed many family law courses and practical experiences. Most notably, Lucy participated in Community Legal Aid (Family Law Division), which is a subset of Legal Aid Ontario, where she assisted family law litigants by drafting their legal documents and attending court on their behalf. Lucy was then selected to compete in the Walsh Family Law Negotiation, which allowed her to hone her oral advocacy skills and solidified her passion for family law.

Lucy has diverse experience in all areas of family law, including parenting (child custody and access), child support and spousal support, and property division. Her practice emphasizes the importance of the solicitor-client relationship by addressing issues in a timely manner. Lucy is client-focused and strives to prioritize her client’s specific needs and goals.

Lucy is dedicated to working with her clients to achieve the best possible resolution through negotiated settlements or family court litigation.

In her spare time, Lucy enjoys traveling, reading, watching television shows, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog (named Justice).
