Jessica joined Feldstein Family Law Group as a Summer Student in 2020 and returned as an Articling Student in 2021-2022. Following her Call to the Ontario Bar in April 2022, Jessica was welcomed back to the firm as an Associate.

Jessica completed her dual American and Canadian Juris Doctor degrees at the University of Detroit Mercy and the University of Windsor. During her time at the University of Detroit Mercy Jessica worked directly for a sitting family law Judge in Michigan.

Jessica also participated in her school’s Family Law Clinic where she earned the book award for achieving the highest grade in her class. During her studies at the University of Windsor, Jessica participated in the Pro Bono Students Canada Family Law Project where she gained hands-on experience assisting low-income litigants in Windsor with their family law matters.

Jessica is a devoted and trustworthy advocate. Her goal is to help her clients in forging a path through one of the most difficult periods in their lives with empathy and patience. Jessica ensures that she understands her client’s objectives so that she can determine the best route forward in each unique situation.

Jessica’s practice includes all areas of family law, such as property division, spousal support and parenting. In her spare time Jessica enjoys spending time with her dog Bella, and being at the cottage with friends and family.
