Form 8 - Application (General)

Use this form to start your family law case. You can use this form to make a claim for:

a divorce,
custody or access,
child support,
spousal support, and/or
division of property.

This form is also used to request a restraining order or other valid court orders under the following Acts:

Family Law Act,
Divorce Act, and
Childrens Law Reform Act.
