Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with clients is the cornerstone of our practice. To do this we stress:

- We try to return phone calls the same day, or the next day.
- We try to forward to our clients copies of all incoming and outgoing correspondence to keep them fully informed of all events relating to their case.
