Developing and maintaining a close working relationship with clients is the cornerstone of our practice. To do this we stress:

Client Communication

• We try to return emails and phone calls the same day, or the next day.
• We are a paperless firm which allows us to easily email you all documents from your file in a timely fashion.
• We try to email or provide our clients copies of all incoming and outgoing correspondence to keep them fully informed of all events relating to their case.

Accessibility

• We are available to serve you during regular business hours.
• On nights and weekends we can be reached at a special contact number.
• We are committed to providing customer service practices and procedures in accordance with the Principles of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Regulations.
